Tribute to River Soča – Živa Agrež Painting Exhibition

Artist Živa Agrež returns to Bled Castle's STOLP Gallery with A Tribute to the Soča, a painting cycle that captures the power, movement, and light of the emerald-green river through dynamic colour and textured brushstrokes. The works are a personal reflection on her direct observation and immersion in the life of the Soča. Živa Agrež is an accomplished painter who has received several awards, including third prize for abstract art at the International Biennale of Contemporary Art in Chianciano in 2024. She previously exhibited at Bled Castle with Metamorphoses of the Olive Tree and The Dolomites: A City of Castles.
